Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Troven (also known as Resurface, “we”) handles information when you use the app.

Information we collect

We process account details such as your name, email address, profile image and login provider; links, text and other content you choose to save; generated titles, summaries, tags and reminder settings; and limited technical information needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate you, import and organize saved content, generate AI-assisted summaries and categories, deliver reminders you request, synchronize your library, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

AI processing

Content you submit may be sent to contracted AI and content-processing providers so Troven can extract and organize useful information. We limit the data sent to what is needed for that task. AI output can be inaccurate, so review it before relying on it.

Location and notifications

If you enable place reminders, the app uses device location permissions to evaluate nearby places and schedule notifications. Precise location is evaluated on your device and is not uploaded as a location history. Saved place coordinates and reminder settings may be synchronized with our service.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose information only to service providers acting for us, when you direct us to share it, to protect users and the service, or when required by law. Saved links may also cause requests to the websites that host that content.

Retention and security

We keep account and library data while your account is active and as reasonably needed for security, legal obligations and backups. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can change reminder and device permissions in the app or system settings. Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal information, and may object to or restrict certain processing.

Children and international processing

Troven is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required in their country. Our providers may process information outside your country; where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

AI 处理

为提取并整理有用信息，你提交的内容可能被发送给与我们合作的 AI 或内容处理服务商。我们只发送完成任务所需的数据。AI 结果可能不准确，请在依赖其结果前自行核对。

位置与通知

如你启用地点提醒，应用会使用设备的位置权限判断附近地点并安排通知。精确位置在设备本地判断，我们不会将其作为位置历史上传。收藏中的地点坐标及提醒设置可能与服务端同步。

共享与服务商

我们不会出售你的个人信息。仅在服务商代表我们提供服务、你主动要求共享、保护用户与服务安全或法律要求时披露信息。访问已保存链接时，也可能向内容所在网站发起请求。

保存期限与安全

账号存续期间，我们会保存账号及收藏库数据；出于安全、法定义务和备份需要，注销后也可能在合理期限内保留。我们采取合理安全措施，但任何在线服务都无法保证绝对安全。

你的选择与权利

你可以在应用或系统设置中调整提醒和设备权限。根据所在地法律，你可以申请访问、更正、导出或删除个人信息，并可对特定处理提出异议或要求限制。

未成年人及跨境处理

马住不面向 13 周岁以下儿童，或当地法律规定的更高最低年龄人群。我们的服务商可能在你所在国家或地区以外处理信息；法律有要求时，我们会采用适当保障措施。

变更与联系
